New name more accurately reflects company mission
Conshohocken, PA (February 10, 2012) – Body Balance For Performance, a national franchise of golf fitness training centers, has officially announced it will be doing business under a new corporate name – FitGolf.
“We are changing our name to FitGolf to more clearly identify with our mission statement of keeping golfers in better physical health throughout their playing careers,” said FitGolf CEO David Ostrow. “We will continue providing the same successful training programs on which we have built our reputation in the business and we look forward to welcoming all men, women and junior golfers to our performance centers around the country.”
FitGolf professionals provide custom workouts for its students after a thorough golf performance evaluation which includes personal history and goals; functional movement testing; anatomical testing; dynamic balance system testing, and 3D motion analysis. A custom program is then designed to target the golf swing address posture, backswing motions, downswing motions, impact positions, and follow through. Our proven methodology has consistently resulted in golfers gaining more distance and achieving lower scores.
Individual and group training sessions include cardio, core, dynamic strength and balance and endurance exercises for game improvement.
Currently there are 32 FitGolf franchises in the U.S. and more facilities are planned as the company continues to experience rapid growth.
