NEWTOWN, CT, March 11, 2012 – In a busy first quarter, the GolfCourseHome Network has launched a new core website, http://www.GolfCourseHome.com-the 44th in its network of websites-and added five communities to its line-up of golf and waterview properties.
The GCH Network launched its first site 13 years ago in 1999 and is a leading internet source of information for people looking to buy a vacation home, primary home, second home or retirement residence in a master-planned community.
Two of the communities added to the GCH Network are located in South Carolina with Georgia, Florida and Texas each contributing one. Another six communities are in production and will be launched on the GCH Network over the next few weeks.
“The bottom of this difficult market cycle has been reached and we are starting to climb out of it,” says David Lott, Founder/Publisher of the GCH Network. “The result is that communities are testing the marketing waters once again. The revival started along the coast at places such as Kiawah Island, SC, which we feature, and is now slowly working its way inland.”
Communities joining the GolfCourseHome Network in the first quarter include Stuart Yacht & CC, FL; The Resort at Eagle Mountain Lake, TX; Ocean Ridge Plantation, SC; Frederica, GA, and Wyboo Plantation, SC.
