Aurora, CO (March 8, 2012) – Imperial is pleased to announce that Steve Johns is assuming the position of Director of Sales for Golf, Outdoor and Resort. He also oversees golf licensed accounts and management groups. Steve’s experience with technology-related sales systems will help Imperial better work with its sales reps and clients. Kim Corniel and Kat Witt, industry veterans who recently joined Imperial’s Sales team report to Steve Johns.
Imperial added Rick Muhr to its sales leadership team, introducing him as the Director of Sales for Collegiate and Military lines. Muhr joins Imperial after most recently serving as Vice President of Sales for Jardine Associates, a sales and marketing company providing insignia gift products into the collegiate market. His many accomplishments at Jardine included managing the sales force to generate sales of $45M.

Matt Muller, previously General Manager for Merge Left, has taken the role of Director of Sales for Spirit Fingerz managing Gift reps and key accounts for Imperial’s licensed Spirit Fingerz product.
Other additions and changes: David Kemerer was hired as Customer Service Manager. Ed Kane joined Imperial as Marketing/Merchandising Coordinator, working with golf accounts and the Polo licensed line. Tony Klocke is now Inventory Manager, increasing support to the inventory planning process as well as supervising the Purchasing department.
“We have made a lot of changes to provide our accounts and our brands better support. After finishing our 5th straight year of sales growth, we need to make sure we have the right team in place to maximize our future opportunities and ensure that we continue our successful trend” said Kelly.
