One-day seminars to kick off in five U.S. cities this spring
ATLANTA – U.S. Kids Golf has announced the launch its Certified Instructor program, which kicks off this spring with five one-day seminars across the United States. The program embraces the golf industry’s initiatives to grow the game among youth as identified in Golf 2.0.
By focusing on various aspects specific to helping young golfers enjoy the game, U.S. Kids Golf’s seminars will assist PGA and LPGA Professionals in enhancing their junior and family golf programs and generate greater participation and higher retention.
The initial seminars will be held in Philadelphia, Denver, Dallas, Chicago and Los Angeles.
“Since the founding of our company, our mission has been to help kids have fun learning the game,” said Dan Van Horn, President and Founder. “Through our own research and experiences in addition to the input of our remarkable network of golf instructors, we have developed a program to educate, inform and inspire professionals.”
Each Certified Instructor seminar will be led by 2004 PGA National Junior Golf Leader John Godwin and U.S. Kids Golf Vice President of Sales John Bryan. Specific elements of the seminar include:
