NORTHBROOK, Ill. – April 10, 2012 – KemperSports, a leading golf course management company, today announced the appointment of Randy Farber as General Manager of Highland Park Country Club in Highland Park, Ill. Highland Park Country Club is an 18-hole daily-fee golf course founded in 1967 and located in the North Shore area of Chicago.
Farber brings nearly 20 years of experience to Highland Park Country Club in hotel, restaurant and golf course management.
Most recently, he served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Bolingbrook Golf Club – a KemperSports-managed facility in Bolingbrook, Ill. Farber was instrumental in the success of Bolingbrook’s highly acclaimed banquet facility with over 300,000 meals served annually. Prior to his four-year tenure at Bolingbrook, Farber worked in the restaurant and hotel business for 15 years, holding positions in Chicago, Boston, New York and Miami.
