Buffalo Communications Promotes David Griffith To Public Relations Director

(VIENNA, VA) – Buffalo Communications (Buffalo) – the global golf-lifestyle public relations, branding, marketing-communications, graphic-design and strategic services firm that is a division of Billy Casper Golf – has promoted David Griffith to Public Relations Director.

In his new position, Griffith will assume a larger role in strategy development and oversight of program execution within the company’s products division. He will also direct on-boarding new client-partners and assist with opportunities for Buffalo category growth.

As Public Relations Manager at Buffalo, Griffith has been responsible for consistently securing revenue-generating editorial coverage for men’s and women’s golf, lifestyle and fashion brands Arnie apparel, ECCO shoes, Fila Golf, KENTWOOL socks and the LPGA, among others.

Prior to joining Buffalo in 2008, Griffith worked in PR for seven years, most recently managing media relations for three offices of a top-15 international law firm. A Purdue University graduate with master’s coursework at Johns Hopkins University, he boasts strong contacts with editorial decision-makers at a diverse range of influential media outlets, including CNBC, Bloomberg, ESPN, Esquire, Golf Digest, GOLF Magazine, GQ, Men’s Health, The New York Times, Outside, SCOREGolf and The Wall Street Journal.
