Brussels, April 10th – The Desert Mountain Golf Performance Center (Scottsdale, AZ), opened its doors on the 31st March 2012. It is now equipped with four Swinguru Pro systems for golf swing analysis.
The new facility is one of the most technologically advanced learning facilities in the United States. The goal of the center is to offer all the members and guests learning opportunities that are usually reserved for tour players.
Dale Abraham, Director of Instruction: ÌâåÇWe installed one Swinguru Pro in each of our studios. Our choice to work with this golf swing analysis software was obvious: it is intuitive and easy to use, bringing a new interactive way of teaching golf to our students. After their lessons, our members are able to work on their own in front of the screen, using the recorded 3D data stored in their profiles. They can also train to get their correct swing path using the video recordings of the last lesson with their teaching pro. The feedback tones and tempo training are other great features of Swinguru Pro.»
Beside Swinguru Pro, the Center is equipped with the most advanced technologies available in the industry today, making it the only facility of its kind in the country. Bob Jones, Desert Mountain COO/General Manager: ÌâåÇThe Desert Mountain Performance Center was built to help golfers improve and reconnect to the game, attract non-players and create the best youth training environment available at the junior level. The center also supports the PGA of America’s ‘Play it Forward’ initiative and Golf 2.0 programs to make the game easier and more enjoyable on the course.»
