Site provides prospective visitors with details about rising-star destination, booking options and more
(BRANSON, Missouri) – The Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and CVB today launched its new golf microsite at www.explorebransongolf.com.
The site conveniently provides useful details to golfers, including descriptions of Branson Area Golf courses, stay-and-play booking options, news, promotions, an e-newsletter club, and information about Branson’s unparalleled after-golf family and entertainment options.
In addition to being the “Live Music Show Capital of the World” – with more theaters, stars and shows daily than Las Vegas – Branson is a rising-star golf destination where, according to Golfweek magazine, three of the top four “America’s Best Courses You Can Play” in Missouri are located.
“Branson is the proud home to an array of very fine golf courses and other attractions,” said Ross Summers, President/CEO of Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and CVB. “We’re pleased to provide these new user friendly golf pages, and we hope many players visit this season and see for themselves why our courses are creating so much excitement.”
Branson area courses were designed by Tom Fazio, Jack Nicklaus and other accomplished golf architects, and the forested, rolling terrain landscape in the Ozark Mountains enabled them to create many unforgettable layouts, for all levels of play.
Courses in the region include these public access facilities: Thousand Hills Golf Resort, Murder Rock Golf Club, Payne Stewart Golf Club, LedgeStone Country Club, Branson Creek Golf Club, Holiday Hills Resort and Golf Club, Top of the Rock Golf Course, and Pointe Royale Golf Village.
With more than 22,000 lodging and hotel rooms and easy accessibility with direct flights from key locations such as Atlanta, Denver, Chicago and Houston, Branson matches every style and budget with a variety of stay-and-play options.
