(April 17, 2012) – Dan Denehy, President of Club Thinking Partners and a Strategic Alliance Partner of the National Club Association, will moderate “Best Practices for Club Leaders: 50 Ways to Improve Your Board” as part of the National Club Conference in New York City on April 29-30, 2012.
This panel discussion will be held with industry experts focusing on governance and leadership development for private clubs. Topics will include how to focus boards on policy and strategy, making board dialogue engaging and effective, ensuring effective President-General Manager relationships and the role of leadership in strategic planning and financial oversight.
