The Wells Fargo Championship was played in Charlotte, NC with SuperStroke Golf grabbing 1 top 10 and 3 top 25 finishes. Leading the way for SuperStroke was a London, England native, finishing T9. Using a SuperStroke Slim Lite Splash, this player led the field in putts per round (26.8) and also in putts per GIR (1.63). The SuperStroke Slim Lite Splash features a 1.3″ diameter but weighs only 55 grams, making it our most popular model on tour.
The Champions Tour stopped in Texas for the Insperity Championship, played at The Woodlands CC. SuperStroke putter grips were played by 2 top 10 finishers, including a former University of North Carolina Tar Heel, who finished solo 3rd for the event. The 2009 Allianz Championship winner led the field in putts per GIR (1.579) and birdies for the week using a SuperStroke Slim Splash.
SuperStroke grips have now lead the field in putts per round 3 of the last 4 PGA Tour events, further proving that SuperStroke putter grip technology is #1 on the PGA Tour.
Total won in 2012 (to date): $9.2 Million
