Jill joins VCT with 19 years of experience in the private club industry managing successful client relationships and helping to build stronger clubs. Jill brings the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet the objectives of individual private clubs, while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction for each client. Over the past 3 years as Principal at MAI Business Services, Jill worked closely with private clubs in the Western U.S. to determine the optimal usage of strategic communications and technology solutions in order to drive member engagement and activation, while enhancing the member experience.
