LAKE MARY, FL – (July 9, 2012) Golf to End Cancer has opened online registration for the2nd Annual Golf To End Cancer VIP Outing scheduled for September 9 and 10, 2012, at Caves Valley Golf Club.
“This VIP outing is our signature fundraiser. It’s a 2-day, 5-star event which promises to be filled with those extra touches to make all golfers and sponsors feel like a VIP,” said AJ Ali, Golf to End Cancer (G2EC) founder.
The two-day event begins on Sunday, September 9th with a sponsor lunch, followed by a practice round and a putting contest, and ends with the Miracle Worker Awards Dinner with celebrity honorees. The second day, Monday, September 10th, begins with breakfast, followed by the golf challenge, and ends with lunch.
“We put great thought into planning the event. We didn’t want the average-scramble fundraiser,” said Ali. “This is a best-ball event where you will play your own ball, while you are challenged on a premier golf course, and have your own caddy.”
Caves Valley Golf Club is an exquisite club located in Owings Mills, Maryland, just north of Baltimore. Designed by nationally acclaimed golf course architect Tom Fazio, the privately-owned course is nestled upon nine hundred sixty-two acres of rolling hills, pastures, woods, and wetlands.
“Last year the VIP event was sold out, and we expect the same this year, so golfers are encouraged to register soon,” said Ali. “This is a stellar event with a cause. You don’t want to miss it.”
Golfers can register as individuals or as foursomes. Sponsorships are also still available, at various price ranges. To get more information and/or to register online visithttp://golfcavesvalley2012.eventbrite.com or www.golftoendcancer.com/events.
