The PGA Tour stopped in Silvas, IL for the John Deere Classic and SuperStroke Golf walked away with 2 top 10 finishes for the event. This marks the 7th straight tournament that a SuperStroke grip has finished in the top 10 on the PGA Tour.
Claiming one of the top 10 finishes was a 2-time U.S. Open champion and Austin, MN native. This player used a SuperStroke Slim Lite and lead the field in birdies while also finishing 4th in Strokes-Gained (1.744). This was the 8-time PGA Tour winner’s best finish of 2012 (T8).
Also finishing T8 with a SuperStroke Slim Lite was a 3-time PGA Tour winner and current Orlando, FL resident. This player needed only 27 putts per round en route to his best finish of the year.
The SuperStroke Slim Lite is the most popular model on TOUR due to its size-to-weight ratio. Measuring 1.30″ in diameter but only weighting 55 grams, the Slim Lite gives players the benefit of an oversized grip while maintaining the putters current swing weight.
The success of the patented SuperStroke grip technology is growing at each TOUR event worldwide. With the British Open due up next, SuperStroke Golf has a great chance at a major championship victory.
Total won in 2012 (to date): $20.6 Million
