Andover Golf & Country Club becomes the latest addition to the KemperCollection portfolio of private clubs
NORTHBROOK, Ill., August 2, 2012 – KemperSports, a leading golf course management company, is pleased to announce it has been selected by the Board of Directors at Andover Golf & Country Club to manage the private, member-owned, golf course and country club in Lexington, Ky.

Opened in 1989 and designed by Clyde Johnston, the 18-hole golf course is situated in the Bluegrass landscape of the Andover community, delivering a true test with water coming into play on 11 of the 18 holes. Measuring 6,952 yards from the back tees, Andover offers five tee placements on each hole to accommodate a variety of skill levels. The Club also offers a complete practice facility, including a driving range, putting green and short game practice area for its members.

Andover, which sits on 162-acres of land, features additional amenities including a Junior Size Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts and clubhouse. The 20,000 square-foot clubhouse includes a 150-person formal dining room, grille, pro shop, men’s and women’s locker facilities, making Andover Golf & Country Club an ideal location for weddings, golf outings and other events.
