Woodbridge location offers golfers leading technology for lessons & equipment
Centennial, Colo. (August 7, 2012) – GolfTEC, the world leader in golf improvement, has opened a new high-tech improvement center in Woodbridge, N.J.
With doors open today, the new GolfTEC location is conveniently located in the Plaza K Shopping Center on Route 1, near the Garden State Parkway and New Jersey Turnpike junction. Utilizing the latest golf technology, GolfTEC is able to provide Northern New Jersey golfers with the best in golf instruction, swing evaluation and equipment testing.
Since 1995, GolfTEC has given more than 3.5 million lessons at 160 improvement centers in North America, helping golfers shoot lower scores and have more fun on the golf course.
The newly completed Woodbridge facility is officially celebrating its Grand Opening on Thursday, August 16, with a special celebration from 5-8 p.m. Golfers are invited to check out the center, bring a friend and participate in clinics, contests and more.
“We are proud to provide the most successful game improvement system in America to golfers in the Northern New Jersey region,” said Brian Gussis, Manager and Director of Instruction at the Woodbridge venue. “We are excited to establish our lesson programs. I have given more than 10,000 lessons with GolfTEC,” noted Gussis, from Franklin Park, N.J., “and I know that golfers who come to our center will be amazed by the GolfTEC experience.”
All GolfTEC lessons are taught one-on-one in private, indoor bays that maximize the learning experience. GolfTEC utilizes proprietary teaching technology and the skills of its Certified Personal Coaches to help golfers improve their skills and increase enjoyment of the game.
The core of GolfTEC’s success is its proprietary g-SWING system, which combines digital video with motion measurement, capturing body positions at 24 different points throughout the swing. A simple color-coded display guides instruction and reinforces swing changes.
The new Woodbridge center, the sixth GolfTEC center in New Jersey, features three private teaching bays, two equipped with the ultra-precise Foresight GC2 Performance Simulation® launch monitor and ball tracking system.
“Now more golfers in Northern New Jersey will discover the best golf instruction available,” said Gussis, who will be joined at the Woodbridge Center by certified GolfTEC coach Brendan Gorman, a Westfield, N.J., native. “We’re excited to be able to show off this facility and look forward to providing the best that GolfTEC has to offer every golfer, so they will play better and have more fun.”
GolfTEC lessons do not end at the center’s doors. Using the personalized, online Player Performance Center, every student can review his lessons-including full video and the coach’s instructions-anytime and anywhere over the internet.
