Check out our special for the month of August. Purchase one Golflexx of any flex and get the second one free

The Olympians who recently finished leaping, sprinting and landing perfectly across our TV screens have been focused on advanced stretching techniques for years.

Gymnasts, for example, go through elaborate routines that even include contracting muscles during a stretch. Track stars wouldn’t think of getting ready or winding down from a race any other way than by stretching. It is a fact that having a good solid stretching routine in your daily regimen of exercise is essential. It is no different if you’re a golfer.

While this pertains to everyone we are particularly focusing on our senior audience and customers with this release. Before you do any stretches with your Golflexx you should be properly hydrated and warm up for a few minutes so you are more limber to do your stretches. You can do some simple movements with your Golflexx to warm up prior to getting into your stretching routine. Each stretch should be held for a minimum of 30 seconds to a minute so you are going to breathe 2 or 3 times in each position.

Start by warming up your upper body. Taking your Golflexx, putting it arm’s length in front of you simply “pre-load” your Golflexx. As seen in our POP display swing your arms in a golf swing motion to warm the upper body properly, then, apply the recommended stretching exercises as shown on your instructional DVD.

Further, while your Golflexx is in its “pre-loaded” position in front of you bend over as if you’re going to touch your feet, keeping the Golflexx pre-loaded. Go down as far as possible without relaxing your Golflexx. This is very important. While you’re warming up the back muscles you are also warming up your triceps, biceps and shoulders as well. You are warming up the large muscle groups of your upper and lower body used in the golf swing. With these warm up moves you will be prepared to do the recommended exercises in our instructional DVD easier and to full extent.
