The VC-420 Driver features a forged beta titanium face plate which delivers a dense sound and the feel that shotmakers prefer. This forged faceplate has an ultra-fine microstructure where the grain in the metal is smaller and more tightly packed than other lesser grades of titanium resulting in greater ball speed and maximum workability.
The body of the VC-420 is vacuum-cast forged titanium, a costly method in manufacturing, but assures greater durability and quality control. The smaller 420cc head with its aerodynamic shape imparts less wind resistance for greater swing speed. The minimal face progression and square face angles are designed to cater to avid golfers and touring professionals.
