MAUMEE, OHIO – aboutGolf, a world leader in golf simulator technology, is proud to announce that two aboutGolf PGA TOUR Simulators will be featured at the 2012 Golf Channel Am Tour National Championships, Tues., Sept. 4 – Thurs., Sept. 13, in Ponte Verda Beach, FL.
The Am Tour National Championships – to be held on four Ponte Vedra Beach courses including TPC Sawgrass – will utilize the company’s PGA TOUR Simulators in its “Beat the Pro” Longest Drive and Closest-to-the-Pin contests, as well as in offering player swing analysis.

Contestants range in age from 16 – 79 and represent more than 40 U.S. states, Canada and Puerto Rico. The tournament is divided into two events, the Senior National Championship (age 50+), which will take be held Tues., Sept. 4 – Sat., Sept. 7, and the Open National Championship, which follows on Mon., Sept.10 – Thurs., Sept. 13.
