TPC Boston hosted the second event of the FedEx Cup Playoffs and Jason Dufner lead the way for SuperStroke Golf, finishing T18 for the event, his 13th top-25 of 2012.
After taking off the Barclays last week, Dufner came to the Deutsche Bank ready for the playoffs. Using his SuperStroke Slim Lite, Jason was able to stay in contention all week by taking only 28.8 putts per green. The Slim Lite, 1.3″ in diameter, allows Dufner to use his shoulders more effectively in the putting stroke, eliminating wrist breakdown at impact.
SuperStroke Golf is also heating up on the Web.com Tour. Over at Southpointe Golf Club in Pennsylvania, 20 players put SuperStroke putter grip in play, including a New Jersey native, who finished T2 using a 17″ Slim Lite belly grip. The former University of Central Florida grad used his 17″ SuperStroke to finish 5th for the week in putts per GIR (1.672).
Players using SuperStroke putter grips earned another $332,000 at the Deutsche Bank. Next week, the PGA Tour stops in Indiana for the BMW Championship, the 3rd leg of the FedEx Cup Playoffs. Look for SuperStroke Golf to add to the $26.7 million in TOUR earnings for 2012.
Total won in 2012 (to date): $26.7 Million
