(DESTIN, Fla.) – Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort has named Mark Hodgdon General Manager of the 2,400-acre resort on Northwest Florida’s Emerald Coast, home of four tournament-caliber courses, 1,400 vacation rentals, and a vast array of amenities, shopping and dining.
With 30-plus years in the hospitality industry, Hodgdon served at numerous luxury properties throughout the U.S. and Caribbean. Prior positions include GM posts at The Ritz-Carlton, Huntington Hotel & Spa (Pasadena, Calif.) and Loews Ventana Canyon Resort (Tucson, Ariz.). He was as executive assistant manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead (Atlanta) and The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel (Dana Point, Calif.).
