Packages Include accommodations in new, upscale Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel expansion
(WORLEY, ID) – Circling Raven Golf Club – named the No. 1 public-access course in Idaho and perennially a “Top-100” course in America by GOLF, Golf Digest and Golfweek magazines – is introducing value-laden “shoulder season” packages, beginning Oct. 1.
The special stay-and-play rate starts at $199 and includes two 18-hole rounds, cart with GPS, use of the 25-acre practice facility and one night accommodation (double occupancy) in the new Spa Tower at the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel. The resort – owned and operated by the Coeur d’Alene Tribe – unveiled a massive expansion last year that features nearly 100 opulent guest rooms, a gourmet steakhouse and a full-service spa and fitness center. In addition, the Red Tail Bar & Grill – named after the ever-present bird-of-prey that often circles above the region – opened this summer.
“The playing conditions at Circling Raven are exceptional as we head into the final stages of the golf season and we look forward to our golfers taking advantage of these value-laden, stay-and-play rates,” said Circling Raven Director of Golf Tom Davidson, PGA. “The opening of the Red Tail Bar & Grill is just one of the many amenities we’ve recently added as we continue to provide a first-class experience for all of our resort guests.”
The $199 rate is good Monday through Thursday from Oct. 1 through the end of the golf season on Oct. 22. The rate for Friday and Saturday is $249. Additional rounds of golf are available Monday through Thursday for $55 and $65 on Friday through Sunday.
Residing on 620 acres of pristine wetlands, grassy plains and natural forests in the Idaho panhandle, Circling Raven has been honored with virtually every “best-of” award in golf since its first full season in 2004. The Gene Bates design is also regularly ranked as one of the best casino courses in America and Circling Raven and its Director of Golf Tom Davidson were named 2010 National PGA Merchandiser of the Year by the PGA of America in the resorts category.

About Circling Raven Golf Club and Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort & Hotel
Owned and operated by the Coeur d’Alene Tribe and convenient to Spokane (WA) airport, the casino resort and golf club are nestled on a reservation covering 345,000 acres of mountains, lakes, old-growth forest and farmland.
The resort spans the western edge of the northern Rocky Mountains. Tribal history tells us that Circling Raven was a spiritually powerful leader, his name coming from his close relationship to the raven, who helped guide him on his journeys, warn him of danger and show him where to find fish and game.

It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week every day of the year. The resort is regularly voted the most popular casino in the Inland Northwest.
