The #1 putter in golf claims 42nd win of the season across the world’s major tours; 2012 professional victories yield more than $65 million in winning purses;

Odyssey’s White Hot XG Rossie was “money” on the grand stage in Atlanta, leading the winner to top the field in Strokes Gained-Putting, rank second in Putts per Round and third in Putts per Green in Regulation. He did not miss a single putt inside of eight feet all week, and on Sunday, only 25 putts with Odyssey’s trademark White Hot insert were needed to claim a $11.44 million pay day. With Sunday’s victory, Odyssey has now won 42 times across the six major professional Tours in 2012, racking up more than $65 million in winning purses.
One of the most exciting stretches in professional golf continues this week as the American and European Ryder Cup teams arrive in Chicago and gear up for a standout event on the 2012 calendar. Excellence on the putting greens played a major role in the formation of each 12-player team that will compete in this intense competition and will more than likely determine which team will take home the coveted Ryder Cup.
