As the PGA Tour focuses on Q-School, the European Tour held the DP World Tour Championship at the Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai. SuperStroke grips were used and trusted by numerous players in the field, including a player finishing in the top-10 for the event.
Earning a T9 was a native of Spain, using a “Ryder Cup” Ultra Slim. The 2012 Wyndham Championship winner finished 5th in putts per GIR, highlighted by carding 2-64’s at the event. This top-10 finished helped him move up to 29th in the world golf rankings. The Ultra Slim’s non-tapering design helped this 8-time PGA Tour winner relax his hands and forearms in his putting stroke, helping him to have more feel on the greens.
Two other SuperStroke users finished in the top-25, both using the Slim Lite as their grip of choice. The Slim Lite, SuperStroke’s most popular grip on TOUR, is 1.30″ in diameter but weighs only 55 grams. This size-to-weight ratio allows for players switching to a patented SuperStroke jumbo putter grip to feel the benefits without sacrifice of grip weight.
After crossing the $33 million mark for TOUR player earnings, SuperStroke Golf remains the #1 jumbo putter grips on the PGA Tour.
Total won in 2012 (to date): $33.0 Million
