Denniston will further strengthen the food-and-beverage operations, vendor relationships and procurement activities for all BCG properties.
With more than 20 years in hospitality – notably restaurant and catering operations for golf courses, hotels and resorts – Denniston was most recently President of Western Hospitality Group and Western Golf Procurement, two subsidiaries of Western Golf Properties.
