WACONIA, MN–TPK Golf announced plans to exhibit at the 2013 PGA Merchandise Show, Jan. 24-26, 2013, at the Orange Country Convention Center in Orlando, FL.
“We are excited about showcasing and demonstrating our new and improved training aid, the Putting Stick, in our booth 3204, ” said Vlad Gribovsky, President of TPK Golf. “It also will be on display in the new products section.”
The Putting Stick has been endorsed by the United States Golf Schools (www.ussog) and the Professional Golf Teachers and Coaches of America (www.teachgolf.com).
Mitchell Crum, Director of Instructors of the USGS in Murrels Inlet, S.C. and President of the PGTCA, is a believer in the merits of the Putting Stick and indicated he has been using it in coaching Bo Van Pelt, who went from 144th to 9th in total putting and from 146th to 11th in strokes gained by putting on the PGA Tour in 2012. In addition, Van Pelt was only one if six touring pros who did not miss from inside three feet in 2012 and he had more chances than the other five.
TPK Golf, which specializes in full grain leather products, also offers a unique kit for golfers, which includes covers to protect scorecards and yardage books along with a ball mark repair tool, a brass ball marker and a pencil with holder.
“We use full grain leather that has a dull, flat finish, but as it ages takes on a richer color and a natural sheen,” said Gribvosky. “Our products are made in the USA, a rarity in the leather business.”
Travel products in the TPK line include valuable pouches, luggage tags, golf bag tags and shoe bags in such colors as brandy brown, polished black, pink, pink and brown, pink and black and camo.
“Our leather products can be laser engraved with name and initials or with logos,” added Gribvosky.
The feature item in the personal goods line is the TPK Back Saver Wallet, which fits comfortably in your front pocket, can help prevent and eliminate back and neck pain and that’s why it received the seal of approval of the Congress of Chiropractic State Associations. The unique wallet, 60% thinner than most wallets, is made of full grain leather and provides an interior gold-plated clip to hold money plus four slots to help organize up to 24 credit cards, licenses and business cards.
“Try to keep an equal number on both sides,” Gribovsky reminded. “It folds flat and fits comfortably in your front pocket, in a shirt or a jacket pocket.”
Other personal products include a Checkbook Wallet Plus that is more than a check book cover since it has pockets to hold the register, cash, credit cards and a license plus a card holder that comes with an open end or with an added leather flap for added security and an extra pocket.
TPK Golf, a division of TPK Leather, specializes in full grain leather products made in the U.S. Among the golf products are bag tags, shoe bags, scorecard and yardage books holders and valuable pouches that can be laser engraved with names or logos. TPK’s unique Back Saver Wallet has received the endorsement of the Congress of Chiropractic State Associations. Owner Vlad Gribovsky also is an agent for the Infamous 18 Holes of Golf by artist Bud Chapman.
