Many weather delays caused this year’s Tournament of Champions to be shortened to 54-holes but SuperStroke putter grips were still found in contention. Earning a T6 was the former Oklahoma State standout using an orange Ultra Slim 1.0.
The 2012 Wells Fargo champion made a final round charge, carding a 6 under 67, highlighted by 6 birdies and an eagle on the final hole of the tournament. While using his SuperStroke Ultra Slim 1.0, the Oklahoma State Cowboy finished 4th in Strokes-Gained average with a 1.929. The Ultra Slim 1.0 gives players the feel of a standard-sized grip with all the benefits of SuperStroke technology.
The first full-field PGA event is this week at the Sony Open. Look for SuperStroke grips to continue their hot start in Hawaii.
