Smart Cart will deliver your club/company a Private Label Native App based on all of the services and products offered by the SmartCart App, including use and access to the Smart Cart Application, professional/support services, and content delivery. The Private Label App will be submitted to the Apple Store for IPhones and to the Google Play Store for Android phones. Smart Cart will maintain the app through its computer servers on both platforms, and make app updates available to Company according to terms.
