DALLAS – Eagle Golf has reached an agreement with Organ View Properties, LLC, to manage Picacho Hills Country Club in Las Cruces, N.M. The club features a 6,880-yard, par 72 golf course spread between Picacho Mountain and the Rio Grande River as well as tennis courts, a swimming pool and a 9,800-square-foot clubhouse with a full pro shop and restaurant. Eagle Golf assumed management of the club, the ninth private course in its portfolio, on January 1, 2013.
“As the only private club in Las Cruces and one of the premier golf courses in the state, we want to provide members an enjoyable and affordable experience that includes the absolute best in customer service,” said Don Biad, co-owner or Organ View Properties. “We spoke to board chairs at the other private clubs managed by Eagle Golf and it was quickly apparent that they exceed expectations each and every day. We look forward to working with them to make an already special place even better.”
Eagle Golf’s initial focus will be on growing the membership, enhancing the food and beverage service, providing professional development to the club staff and improving the views and aesthetics on the golf course.
“We are looking forward to beginning a prosperous partnership with Organ View Properties and Picacho Hills Country Club,” said Joe Munsch, CEO of Eagle Golf. “Our approach to private club management is proven to succeed and flexible enough to meet the unique needs of the club. We are ready to get started and fully committed to providing our Radical Hospitality to members, guests, staff and ownership.”
Prior to its agreement with Eagle Golf, Picacho Hills was previously managed internally.
Eagle Golf has been in operation for more than 28 years.
