The PGA Show in Orlando, Florida is fast approaching, doors open January 24th. The buzz around SuperStroke’s new putter grips have created lots of anticipation for the upcoming launch of the Flatso line and The Claw grips.
The Flatso is a pentagonal design putter grip that also features SuperStroke’s non-taper technology. The larger flat panel of the grip gives more versatility to players looking to maximize their stroke and offer another option to players leaving behind belly and long putters. The standard Flatso will be offered in a 1.70″ diameter and a 1.40″ diameter, called the Flatso Mid. The Flatso will also be offered in a 17″ version of the Mid, maximizing players interested in the “Arm Lock” putting style that was made famous by the winner of the 2011 Players Championship.
A first of its kind, SuperStroke has created a grip that comes with multiple shafting options, a grip called the Flatso DB (Patent Pending). This grip has 2 shafting holes to allow the putter to be shafted on-set or off-set, depending on the players putting style and preference.
SuperStroke Golf is also introducing “The Claw” grip, inspired by a 3-time Masters champion. “The Claw” is a 13″ modified pistol grip that gives players the extra length used for different types of hand placement. It was designed for players looking to use alternative grip styles like “The Claw”.
The new line of grips is expected to further SuperStroke’s place as the #1 grip technology on the PGA Tour.
