TEMPE, ARIZ., January 23, 2013 – Eco-friendly golf ball manufacturer Dixon Golf has appointed Paul Wang as their new National Manager.
“When I learned about Dixon Golf last year, I started to see some different ways I could help the company reach its goals. But I instantly loved the culture and ethos of the company,” says Wang.
Wang spent 2012 with the company as the Territory Manager for Portland, Ore. before being tapped to become the National Manager. In his new position, Wang will be responsible for managing Dixon Golf’s rapidly expanding distribution network. He will help the company be more efficient in serving their customers.
“We were looking for someone who excelled at motivating and managing. Paul has those abilities, as well as other ones we were looking for,” says Dixon Golf CEO William Carey.
A graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree and marketing, Wang came to Dixon Golf from the advertising industry. He has more than 20 years of experience in the sales, management and advertising industries.
Wang was born in a suburb of Seoul, South Korea and immigrated to Denver, Colo. with his family when he was eight years old. He is an avid outdoorsman, spending time with his family while camping, fishing and playing golf. Wang has been married for 20 years and has two college-aged children.
