BELLEVUE, Wash. (January 26, 2013) – Boxgroove (www.boxgroove.com), an inventive, reliable online network offering golfers the opportunity to play private golf courses of their choosing, has added Fairwood Golf & Country Club, in Renton, Wash., to the selection of private courses Boxgroove members can play.

“Boxgroove members will enjoy playing this attractive golf course, located in a beautiful part of the country,” said McRedmond Morelli, founder and CEO of Boxgroove. “Golfers of all ability levels will discover a scenic layout here, with a satisfying challenge to their games.”

About Fairwood Golf & Country Club

The Fairwood golf course at Fairwood Golf & Country Club, designed by William G. Teufel, ASGCA, opened in 1968. The 18-hole, par-71, regulation Blue-grass course features 6,316 yards of golf from the longest tees, with a course rating of 71.1 and a slope rating of 127.

“I believe Boxgroove is an extremely valuable marketing tool for our club,” said Rick Larson, PGA, head golf professional and director of golf at Fairwood Golf & Country Club, “and will only become more of an asset as partnerships emerge and membership numbers increase. Secondly, I feel Boxgroove is a valuable resource to our members seeking quality courses to play while traveling, adding real value to their membership.

“This also allows me, as a golf professional, more time, not having to make numerous phone calls or write e-mails verifying memberships.”

About Boxgroove

More than a tee-time aggregator, reciprocal-club network or fractionalized country-club membership, Boxgroove, founded in 2009, offers players seeking diverse golf experiences the opportunity to forge new golf relationships and play private courses in the United States, which they select from the Boxgroove options. Boxgroove provides members with meaningful opportunities to play private golf clubs around the U.S., a powerful arena for business and social networking, a simple Web-based method of accessing tee times at private golf clubs and a national community that shares passion for the game. For business or vacation travel, or even a weekend away, Boxgroove provides members with the chance to explore appealing golf venues while meeting new players or bringing their own guests.

Boxgroove’s Membership Lead Service is a valuable component of a club’s approach to member satisfaction. It provides club management the capability of contacting specific target groups of golfers, filtered and selected by each club, to present special offers or information. A prominent feature of the program is that Boxgroove will share its golfer analytic data with the executive staff of affiliated clubs to identify and reach out to prospective members.

Designed by private-club members, PGA Golf Professionals and private-club board members, Boxgroove works exclusively with private clubs to strengthen and grow membership, maximize revenue and increase club exposure.
