ORLANDO, Fla. (March 6, 2013) – Golfweek, the publication preferred by serious golfers, has taken its equipment coverage to a new level with the March 1 hiring of Senior Writer David Dusek. Dusek, 42, one of the game’s most authoritative and respected voices on golf equipment, joins Golfweek after spending the last 11 years at Golf.com. He will team with Golfweek Senior Writer James Achenbach to create the most formidable tandem of equipment experts in the business.

Golfweek dedicates two or more pages weekly to its popular Toy Box section on equipment in the magazine, and will continue to expand the digital offerings of equipment coverage both on Golfweek.com and in The Tour Van, which is owned by Turnstile Media Group, Golfweek’s parent. The addition of Dusek to the Golfweek staff will result in more stories, blogs, photo galleries and videos across all platforms.
