Program offers full year of club membership with no deposit or referral

This exclusive offer, available for a very limited time, is an opportunity to share all the privileges of a Talking Rock club membership for a full year, with no deposit or referral by an existing member. For just $455 a month, new associate golf members and their families will enjoy access to the Ranch House Compound and its amenities, including the fitness center, swimming pool, coffee shop and more.
For an added value, associate golf memberships are available to be converted to Homestead Memberships after 12 months. Accrued Associate Golf Membership dues, approximately $5,460 a year, will be applied directly towards the Homestead Membership deposit valued at $45,000.
