(HARRIS, Mich.) -Sweetgrass Golf Club, three-time host of the LPGA’s developmental tour, has been named a Best-in-State course in Golfweek Magazine’s annual course rankings.
Situated in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, the Paul Albanese design has garnered a top-20 spot on the publication’s “Best Courses You Can Play” list since 2010. It was recognized for excellent conditioning, variety of holes and routing, among other attributes.

The LPGA Symetra Tour returns to Sweetgrass for the Island Resort Championship June 28-30, 2013, welcoming more than 100 professional women golfers to vie for a $110,000 purse.
