Alpharetta, Ga.(April 05, 2013) – Affiniti Golf Partners (www.affinitigolf.com) has appointed Jason LeBlanc as general manager for Waterfall Club, a stunning planned community located in the Blue Ridge Mountains overlooking 2,800-acre Lake Burton in Clayton, Ga.
LeBlanc has spent the last three years at Waterfall Club, beginning as operations manager in 2010 and now serving as general manager. Prior to Waterfall, he was clubhouse manager for Achasta Golf Club, a Nicklaus Signature golf course framed by the Chestatee River in Dahlonega, Ga. LeBlanc previously opened and managed several fine dining restaurants in metro-Atlanta.
LeBlanc has been civically active, having served on the board of directors and as treasurer of the Lumpkin County Chamber of Commerce. He also was a board member of the Lumpkin County Literacy Coalition, and was an audition singer and board member for a chamber choir in Gainesville, Ga. He attended Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX.
The centerpiece of Waterfall Club is a Scott Pool-designed golf course that has the most dramatic on-course elevation changes in Georgia. Its signature par 3 2nd hole falls an astounding 215 feet from tee-to-green and is framed by a natural waterfall.
Additional amenities at Waterfall Club include a 52,000 sq. ft. Sports Center with an indoor swimming pool, European spa, steam room, sauna, fitness center, and indoor tennis, basketball and volleyball. The Lodge at Waterfall offers commanding views of the golf course and lake, and has a cozy lounge with both casual and formal dining rooms.
Affiniti, one of the fastest growing golf management companies in the country, was retained to manage Waterfall Club earlier this year.
