IOMIC Continues its Winning Streak with Victories on the LPGA and Japan LPGA Tours

Santa Ana, CA – April 8, 2013 – IOMIC USA, manufacturer of innovative, revolutionary and dynamically designed grips, announced today that the winners of the LPGA Kraft Nabisco Championship and the JLPGA Yamaha Ladies Open Katsuragi used IOMIC grips. In addition to the winners, five other top-10 finishers at the Kraft Nabisco Championship and one top-10 finisher at the Valero Texas Open all used IOMIC grips.

The winner of the Kraft Nabisco Championship carded back-to-back birdies on the first two holes and finished with a 3-under 69 on Sunday en route to a four-stroke victory and her second-career major title. She used IOMIC Art Grip Sticky Opus 3 grips

The winner of the Yamaha Ladies Open Katsuragi was in a three-way regulation tie after the final round. She carded a birdie on the second playoff hole in rough weather conditions to claim her first JLPGA Tour victory. According to the winner, “I was never afraid of slipping even in bad weather conditions because I have much confidence in my IOMIC grips and I focused on playing better.” She used IOMIC Sticky 1.8 pink grips.

The five top-10 finishers at the Kraft Nabisco Championship used IOMIC Sticky 1.8 and Sticky 2.3 grips in a variety of colors including mint green, yellow, blue, orange, and white. Karrie Webb, who finished T5, used her new, brightly colored yellow and green Sticky 2.3 grips that honor her home country of Australia. A top-ten finisher at the PGA Valero Texas Open used IOMIC Sticky 2.3 grips. This was his first PGA Tour top-10 finish of 2013.
