ORLANDO, Fla. (April 11, 2013) – Golfweek magazine, the most authentic, authoritative and independent voice in golf, received a total of eight honors in the Golf Writers Association of America’s annual writing competition. This year’s awards, which were presented at last night’s 41st annual GWAA awards dinner in Martinez, Ga., recognized the achievements of four of Golfweek’s talented writers while also illustrating the brand’s enduring standard of editorial excellence.
Chosen from a record-breaking pool of 546 entries, the Golfweek awards are as follows:
