SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – OB Sports Golf Management appointed Tate Stull to the position of Director of Golf for Stallion Mountain Golf Club. He is responsible for oversight of all golf and hospitality operations for the club located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“We welcome Tate to the team,” said Phil Green, CEO of OB Sports Golf Management. “His overall experience, as well as his experience specifically within the Las Vegas market provides the type of focus that we’re looking for.”
As Green mentioned, Stull joins the team at Stallion Mountain after spending six years (2007-2013) as the General Manager of Rhodes Ranch Golf Club, a public golf facility in Las Vegas. During his time there, Stull was responsible for managing the more than 60,000 annual golf rounds played at the club, as well as maintaining its financial health during a stern economic downturn.
Before Rhodes Ranch, Stull briefly left the golf industry as a Regional Property Manager for Realty Management Inc. (’04-’07), where he successfully managed a territory of ten apartment communities, over 1,400 units with an average occupancy of more than 90 percent.
Prior to Stull’s time in real estate, he oversaw a handful to Las Vegas-area golf club as general manager/director of golf including Badlands, Painted Desert, Las Vegas National and Desert Rose Golf Clubs from 1997-2004.
In the ’90s, Stull was the Head Golf Professional for a year at Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. And in ’93, Stull worked as the First Assistant Golf Professional at Saticoy Country Club in Ventura, California.
Stull earned a Bachelor of Science while enrolled in the Professional Golf Management program at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan, and has been a Class-A member of the Professional Golfers Association since 1996.
