SOUTHERN PINES, N.C…. Golf Pride, a division of diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton, announced today it has promoted two company and industry veterans to drive future sales growth globally. Wright Chandler will be focused specifically on the Aftermarket channel, while Steven Dougherty will lead the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) channel.
A 10-year member of the Golf Pride team, Wright Chandler, was named Global After-Market Sales Manager. In this new role, Chandler will oversee three regional managers (Asia-Pacific, Europe and Americas) specifically devoted to growing Golf Pride’s after-market presence in those markets. This newly formed global after-market sales team will be charged with improving partnerships with distributors, driving increased sell-through at retail and developing the Golf Pride brand in emerging markets.
A 12-year Golf Pride veteran, Steven Dougherty, was appointed to the newly created position of Global OEM Sales Manager. The global OEM sales team will be responsible for driving growth with club manufacturers around the world, by continuing to bring innovative solutions, partnering with their R&D teams to drive new technologies, and delivering best in class commercial excellence that exceeds customer expectations.
