Aurora, Colo.- OB Sports has been selected to manage Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Course and Community. Set in the rolling hills of southeast Aurora, Heritage Eagle Bend is a 600-acre community including 1,442 homes, an impressive 35,000 square foot clubhouse, and 18-holes of stunning Colorado golf designed by highly acclaimed golf course architect, Arthur Hills. OB Sports is managing all aspects of the HOA and club facility to include golf shop operations, sales, memberships, tournament operations, marketing, and agronomy. In addition to the club operations, OB Sports (in partnership with Colorado-based MSI, LLC Management Specialists) will provide comprehensive HOA community management for the Heritage Eagle Bend homeowners association comprised of more than 2,800 community residents.
