(ORLANDO, Fla.) – The ANNIKA Academy – Hall-of-Fame golfer Annika Sorenstam’s boutique golf instruction and fitness school – has hired golf-industry veteran David Allibone as a sales professional.
A native of Doylestown, Pa., he joins the Academy after spending the last decade as an instructor to adult and elite junior golfers. Before founding his namesake Strategic Golf Training Academy, he exceeded sales and operational goals with the Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy, International Junior Golf Academy and John Jacobs Golf School.
Prior to entering the golf industry, he spent 15 years in corporate sales for major companies like Citibank and Thomas Cook Travel. He holds M.B.A. and B.S. degrees from Stetson University in Deland, Fla.
