A 12-foot par putt on the final hole at North Shore CC earned the 9-time Champions Tour winner the Encompass Championship title. Using a SuperStroke Ultra Slim 1.0, the 1982 Masters Champion led the field in putts per GIR (1.585) and was able to jump into the top-20 in the Charles Schwab Cup Rank. This victory was the 13-time PGA Tour winners first since 2004.
The European Tour’s BMW International Open in Germany saw three SuperStroke grips finish in the top-7, two of which finished in the top-3. Finishing 2nd was a native of Denmark and 13-time European Tour winner, who used a SuperStroke Slim 3.0 to earn his second-consecutive runner-up in Europe. His Slim 3.0 has been a big part of this success, finishing both events top-3 in putts per GIR, 1.642 last week and 1.592 this week.
Adding this week’s success to the 2013 totals and SuperStroke Golf has now earned Tour players over $26 million.
