Thomas won at The Westwood Ho Country Club in Sioux Falls, SD this past weekend. This was a 3 day tournament and Thomas won by 2 strokes, birding the 16th & 17th holes to secure his win.
In addition to playing on The Dakotas Tour, Thomas also plays the early part of the year on the NGA Tour, formerly known as The Hooters Tour.
Thomas hopes to gain access to several Web.com events with the goal of playing soon on The PGA Tour.
Thomas was an outstanding NCAA golfer at University of Minnesota and realized to reach his goal of being a professional golfer he needed to play on several tours while establishing his game and gaining confidence.
Winning this week will surely boost his confidence, states Roger Stiefel.
