NASHVILLE – Chase54 brand ambassador Jason Kokrak is enjoying the best season of his young PGA TOUR career, which includes three top-10 finishes and a lot of momentum heading into the FedEx Cup Playoffs. That early success has led him to Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, N.Y., where he will tee it up in the 95th PGA Championship, his first major as a professional.
“We are thrilled to have Jason wearing Chase54 at the PGA Championship,” said Mike Hammontree, Chase54’s brand director. “His play this year has been fantastic, and he has secured his card for 2014, which is huge for a young player. It is only a matter of time before Jason breaks through and picks up that first tour win. We hope it will be this week.”
Kokrak’s success is just the latest this year for a Chase54 brand ambassador. Earlier this year Maria Jose Uribe posted a pair of top 25 finishes in the U.S. Women’s Open and Ricoh Women’s British Open, while long drive champion Ryan Winther added the Utah State Long Drive Championship to his rapidly expanding trophy case. In June, Zack Fischer became the first Chase54 brand ambassador to compete in a men’s major when he qualified for the U.S Open.
All of the styles Kokrak will wear on tour can be found at pro shops and fine golf stores across North America, as well as online at www.chase54.com/shop.
