(VIENNA, VA) – More than 100 golf courses, country clubs and resorts managed by Billy Casper Golf (BCG) will be among the first in the golf community to roll out Samuel Adams’ new “Sam Can” with the seasonal release of Samuel Adams OctoberFest craft beer.
This initiative will be popular among golfers who frequently request Samuel Adams during their rounds. Bottles aren’t always permitted on courses and, prior to the Sam Can, Samuel Adams was exclusively available in bottles or on draft.

In development for more than two years, the Sam Can provides an experience closer to the taste and comfort of drinking beer from a glass. The innovative can showcases a subtle difference from a standard can, but beer drinkers will notice enhanced flavors from the extended lip, hourglass ridge at the top of the can, and a larger, wider lid.
