BOULDER, Colo. (August 26th, 2013). KBS Shafts continues its banner year on professional tours by winning The Barclays in come from behind fashion. This victory marks the 19th win on worldwide tours in 2013 for the brand, and now three players in the top five FedEx Cup Playoffs trust KBS shafts.
The Barclays champion played KBS Tour shafts in X flex for his second win in 2013 and seventh win since switching into KBS in 2009. He is now the No. 2 ranked player in the world- his highest ever ranking. The KBS team congratulates this champion for a terrific year that puts him in contention for the player of the year award. 17 players trusted KBS shafts at the tournament.
Also this past weekend, KBS shafts clinched an exciting win on the Champions Tour at the 2013 Boeing Classic. The winner is a two-time champion on the Web.com Tour and trusts KBS shafts in his irons and wedges. On the Web.com Tour there were 35 players in the field playing KBS shafts at the Cox Classic. In 2013, KBS has hit record levels of players switching into their shafts based purely on performance and feel.
