RICHMOND, Va., Sept. 1, 2013 – Devant, a national licensee for the 2013 PGA Championship enjoyed record sales in the merchandise pavilion at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, N.Y. Sales of the commemorative towels were brisk throughout the week, up 35% from last year’s championship. Devant offered a collection of five different high-end towels all sporting a unique PGA Championship design. The entire Devant towel collection sold out before the last putt dropped on Sunday.

The most popular towel among golf fans during the week was a 16×24 Sir Christopher Hatton two-color woven towel with the PGA Championship logo. Devant also offered a 16×25 inch Classic Edge towel made of 100-percent cotton with the trophy design, the Pro Edge 100-percent cotton towel with an Image Dye logo with a list of the past champions, the Ultimate Microfiber towel with PGA Championship logos and a Velour Tri-fold towel with the PGA Championship logo embroidered on the top of the towel.
