Warren, MI – When 2THUMB Putting Grip ambassador Christiaan Bezuidenhout finished in second place at the American Express in La Quinta, CA this past January, the ramifications were huge and resonated throughout the rest of his 2024 season. The American Express finish got Bezuidenhout into the final seven Signature Events of the year via the Aon Swing 5 and Aon Next 10.
A five-time world champion, Bezuidenhout proceeded to have the best year of his PGA TOUR career and qualified for the first 2024 playoff event, the FedEx St. Jude championship, after finishing 22nd in the FedExCup standings, a leap of 80 spots over last year.
Now having successfully made it through the first two playoff events, Bezuidenhout will be teeing it up in the season ending TOUR Championship this week at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, GA.
“I was a guy that benefitted a lot out of the Aon Next 10 and Aon Swing 5,” said Bezuidenhout, whose five top 25s in Signature Events were highlighted by a fourth-place finish at the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday. “Obviously, got off to a strong start at the beginning of the year with my runner-up finish at The American Express, and that put me into a great position to play my way into all the Signature Events for the rest of the year.”

Bezuidenhout will start at even par on Thursday based on his position of 29th in the FedExCup Standings. He will be teeing it up alongside two time-major champions Justin Thomas.
