In this video Ken Martin, PGA Certified Professional Instructor at Keiser University College of Golf will show you a golf drill that can help you compress your golf ball by using 2×4 “I call this drill an impact push drill so I’m going to walk you through it as I demonstrate and what the board’s going to do it’s going to represent two things one it’s going to represent a ball position the back of this board is going to represent a ball position the direction the long direction of this board is going to indicate where the target is.”
