Alexandria, VA – October 28, 2013 – The Club Foundation is pleased to announce the 2013 recipients of its LaRocca Family Executive Scholarship. The Club Foundation established The LaRocca Family Executive Scholarship in honor of the family’s commitment to professional development and to recognize their continued support of The Club Foundation. This scholarship provides financial support to club managers interested in professional development, as well as helping others achieve their career goals. Recipients receive the tuition costs and travel expenses to attend their choice of one of the elective-level Business Management Institutes presented by the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA).
A second mentoring component of this scholarship allows the recipient to designate funds for a manager that they are mentoring to be used for their choice of CMAA dues (both national and chapter), a full registration and travel expenses to attend a CMAA World Conference and Club Business Expo or a full registration and travel expenses to attend a CMAA Leadership/ Legislative Conference.
